Yes — a professional email on your own domain is part of looking established, and it's something we can help with as part of a brand refresh: your email matches your website and your brand instead of a generic Gmail, Yahoo, or other generic address. Bring it up in the fit check and we'll fold it into the plan.

Yes — packaging is one of our core services, designed as part of your overall brand identity system.

Yes — print collateral and signage are core services, built from the same brand identity system as your logo and website, so everything reads as one brand. That includes vehicle wraps, tradeshow booths, billboards, and banners — we design them in-house and work with trusted install companies to get them installed.

Branding work typically runs through our monthly creative packages, starting at $2,400/month for 12 hours of creative time and scaling up to $8,250/month for 50 hours. One-off walk-up projects are $225/hour. Packages start with a 3-month minimum — most clients find the monthly model stretches further than project-by-project pricing.

Most logo and brand identity projects run 4–6 weeks — but that timeline can fluctuate with how fast feedback comes back. Quick responses keep things on schedule; slower feedback stretches it out. We'll give you a firm timeline up front after a quick fit check.

A refresh is our favorite kind of project. If your brand has equity worth keeping, we'll evolve it — new energy without throwing away recognition. And if it's time for a clean break, we do that too.

Austin is home base and most of our clients are local — but we work with businesses anywhere in the US. Not local? No problem. The process runs great over email and video.
